Return to the Hotel for lunch and afternoon cooking lesson hosted by a local island chefUsing the ingredients we purchased at the farmers market and rum distillery. Dinner we head to “The Crane Restaurant” Barbados # 1 for food Zagat 2009 .

Day FourAfter breakfast you will enjoy a luxury Catamaran  boat cruise, enjoy the view of the Caribbean marine life through this wonderful cruise

Lunch, Drinks and Snorkeling equipment will be provided on this cruiseDinner on your own or return to the villa for snack buffet dinner

Day Five: After breakfast, its time to tour the  Barbados Museum Where the History of Barbados comes to life. The  Museum is set in a beautiful nineteenth century buildings where the island rich heritage and culture are depicted through exhibitions of natural history. ’ Afternoon we will head out on our Island Safari and beach hopping tour. Our guide will take us off the beaten tracks to some of the most spectacular local sites and beaches on the island. We will stop for a light lunch. Dinner Cooking class hosted by Tour host Chef Freda.

Day SixWe will enjoy a girl’s out on the town where we will stop for a mid morning visit of the Sunbury House one of the oldest homes in Barbados. Over 300 years old we will enjoy the homes Antique collection, old prints, and unique collection of home drawn carriages. We will enjoy a Barbados English tea in the home elegant dining room. After noon spa treatments at Chakra Spa, enjoy a time of relaxation and rewinding . Dinner will be hosted by the Sandpiper Restaurant in St James featuring Fresh Eclectic cuisine with a Caribbean twist.

Farewell  Breakfast,  After Bus will take you back to the airport or depending on your flight schedule shopping

Morning tour of the local farmers and craft market. Followed by lunch at a local restaurants afternoon hands-on cooking class with chef Freda using ingredients we bought at the market. Evening four course dinner of the groups creation with live steel band music

Morning Tour of the local walk in volcano enjoy an afternoon beach picnic while relaxing on the near by beach. Followed by spa treatments at Mama La Terre Spa. Demonstration cooking class with a local restaurant chef at the villa. Buffet dinner and game night expect to win some cool prizes.

Morning session with our motivational guest speaker and cancer survivor Ms Colleen Michelle James , afternoon excursions of the city town Castries, free time for shopping, stock up on duty free shopping for local rum, perfumes, leather goods, jewelry  Afternoon cooking class light dinner at the hotel

Day Five, Poolside breakfast, After breakfast you have time on your own to explore the hotel cocoa on site plantation and chocolate production Back at the villa enjoy a fantastic farewell lobster lunch.
