YOUR TOUR WILL CONSIST OF: 7 days of luxurious Island accommodations at the Fond Doux Estate Villa & Spa which is located on an old cocoa plantation and boast its own in-house chocolate production just minutes from the beach, hands–on cooking classes, daily continental buffet breakfast, served lunch and dinner, and ladies will spend a half a day at our resort in-house Bamboo Door Spa. Day One

Pick up at the airport and transfer to the villa, arrive at the villa and enjoy a grand welcome with Island cocktails and dinner prepared by Freda and her Assistants.

Day Two

Morning hands-on cooking class with Freda at the Villa, tour the local village after lunch and relax on the nearby beach. Afternoon local tropical cocktail tasting with a local bartender followed by preparing dinner together during afternoon class at the Villa.

Day Three

Morning tour of the local farmers market followed by lunch at a local Island farm stand food booth, afternoon cooking class using ingredients we bought at the market.

Optional Tour: After Breakfast hop aboard a bicycle for a leisure bike ride to the nearby town. Stop for a lunch at a local restaurant or street side vendor market stop. Walk off your lunch as you explore the town on your own. Dine tonight at your choice in the many tempting Island restaurants.

Day Four

All day excursions on our local Island cruise. We will tour secluded off Island sites including the Island walk in volcano, enjoy a fantastic lobster lunch buffet, with an early relaxing pool side picnic dinner with cocktails.

Optional Tour: Today after breakfast is the day when you will get to enjoy the Islands local flora with guided hikes and walks through the tropical jungle to the peak of the piton with stops to enjoy and examine local flora and brigand hide-outs. This is a serious work-out. Later back at your villa you will enjoy a tropical relaxed served dinner with live music.

Day Five

Morning hands-on class at the villa, afternoon excursions of the city town Castries, afternoon free time for shopping, stock up on duty free shopping for French Perfumes, Local Rum, Leather Goods, Jewelry, Batik, Local Paintings. Evening dinner at Ti Bananne the Restaurant at Coco la Palm Hotel, while enjoying the local Island sunset.

Day Six

Ladies will enjoy a half day out at the Resort Bamboo Door Spa. Gentlemen will enjoy a day out fishing with our local ocean fishing crew. Dinner will at Dasheen Restaurant at the Ladera Resort.

Optional Tour: Today you will be touring a local pottery maker studio. After breakfast you will enjoy the ride to the small village of La Pointe. You will witness the art of local pottery making by pottery maker Leo Clifford who is an Island favorite in making large coal pots, pipes, votive holders and other unique creations. You will enjoy lunch at the neighboring village of Soufriere where you will enjoy great views of the town. Dinner will at Dasheen Restaurant at the Ladera Resort.

Day Seven

Good bye breakfast and farewells, bus will transfer you to the airport.
