Caribbean Culinary Tours Cooking Classes

Is your group cruising to the Caribbean and you are looking for something new ,exciting and different with the opportunity to get a hands- on knowledge of  authentic Caribbean Culture? Join Chef Freda in one of her one( 1)day Caribbean Cooking classes offered to cruise ship passengers.  Classes are offered on the following islands:

Antigua, Barbados, St Lucia, Dominica, Jamaica, St Marteen

Classes are for one(1) day only, you will learn the art of Caribbean cooking while exploring our Caribbean culinary culture. Classes are open for cruise ship passengers for groups of 10 and up.  Our cooking classes are generally about 3 hours long and include the preparation of a multi- course meal which you will enjoy along with our tropical islands cocktails at the end of the lesson. Day classes include  a visit to the local farmers market where you  will get the opportunity to savor the colors, flavors and the authentic life of the local Caribbean people.

Morning classes usually begins from 10:00 Am depending on your ship’s schedule and includes pick up from your cruise ship. At the end of your class you will be taken back to your ship. Classes can be customized to suit your ships itinerary and dates,

Course Details

Classes will consist of hands-on cooking instruction, copies of all recipes, logo apron, “save the earth cook green” recycle tote bag,van pick -up from your ship and back,and a multi course lunch complete with tropical cocktails with each of the dishes we prepared.

Full payment for classes must be included with your complete reservation due to limited availability we cannot provide any refunds for cancelled classes.

We highly recommend wearing close- toe rubber- soled shoes and comfortable clothing for our class sessions

Cost for classes is : $ 250. 00 per person

In-home Cooking Classes

Freda’s cooking classes are entirely hands-on rather than demonstration. In each class you’ll learn to prepare 4-5 recipes from start to finish, and get a firm understanding of your meals ingredients. You’ll then have the opportunity to sit down and enjoy the dishes you prepared paired with tropical fruit cocktail. You can also choose to take you meals home so that your family can join in your enjoyment.
Lessons last for 3-4 Hrs and are hosted in the comfort of your home.
Cost is $ 80 per person and includes the cost for cooking ingredients
I also host private cooking parties and team building events
I will also customized classes to suit the needs of your groups
