The Caribbean Islands are blessed with the unique wonders of nature. A well known fact by many of the Island visitors, but the culinary culture and art has been overlooked. Each Island has its own unique culinary individuality, with exotic names like Jerk Chicken, Pepperpot, Coo Coo, Jonny Cakes, conkies, Souse and the list goes on.
Chef Freda has put together these culinary tours to give her guest an inside, hands-on-knowledge of our islands Culinary culture and fascinating cuisine.
